Return Policy

All refunds or exchanges require a valid receipt or packing slip. Shipping & handling fees are nonrefundable.

Merchandise

All glass purchases are final and nonrefundable.

All other merchandise that is unopened and in original condition can be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Two Ways to Return

In-Person

Bring your item and your receipt or packing slip to the CSHL Bookstore & Gift Shop. If you do not have your receipt or packing slip please bring the credit card that was used for the purchase.

By Mail

1. Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with your securely packaged return. If you do not have your receipt or packing slip you may include a note with the following:

• Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Date of purchase (or closest approximation)
• Last 4 digits of the credit card used in the transaction

Please note that your refund can be delayed if you do not or cannot include your receipt or packing slip.

2. Return shipping is at your expense. We are not liable for lost or damaged packages. We strongly recommend using a traceable, insured method of shipping when returning your item(s).

3. After shipping your item(s), retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until your refund is issued.
