Returns and Exchanges

Merchandise

All merchandise that is unopened and in original condition can be returned within

30 days of purchase.

All glass purchases are final and non-refundable.

Two ways to Return:

In Person 

Bring your receipt/packing slip and merchandise to the CSHL Bookstore, located on the lower level of Grace Auditorium.

By Mail

1.  Include a copy of your order details or order confirmation email with your return.

If you don’t have this information, include a note with your name, email address, phone number, and order number. Your refund may be delayed if we can’t identify the original order.

2. Return shipping is at your expense. We are not liable for merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit.
